I. Shipping Time
1. In-stock Products: Regular orders will be shipped within 48 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 20-30 days.
2. Pre-order Products: Orders will be shipped within 7 days, with an estimated delivery time of 20-30 days. After you submit the order, we will clearly inform you that the product is a pre-order item and confirm the specific shipping time within 7-10 days, along with the corresponding estimated delivery time.
II. Shipping Warehouse
We will automatically match the nearest European warehouse for shipment based on your order's shipping address, minimizing delivery time and enhancing your receiving experience.
III. Delivery Scope
This website supports global delivery services, except for the Middle East and Africa regions, which are temporarily unavailable. If your shipping address is in the Middle East or Africa, we will contact you promptly and process a full refund to ensure your rights and interests are not affected.
IV. Shipping Fee Rules
1. Event Free Shipping: Individual products will enjoy exclusive free shipping benefits in accordance with official promotional policies.
2. Regular Free Shipping Conditions: Most products are eligible for free shipping if they meet any of the following criteria: ① The order amount reaches 60 USD/55 EUR/44 GBP; ② The number of products in the order is 3 or more.

VI. Special Notes
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order products, we will split it into two separate packages for delivery: in-stock products will be shipped within 48 hours, pre-order products will be shipped within 7-10 days, and the estimated delivery time for both packages is 20-30 days. You can track the logistics status of each package individually.
VII. Handling of Abnormal Situations
7.1 Shipping Delay
In the event of force majeure factors such as severe weather, the shipping time for in-stock products will be adjusted from 48 hours to 72 hours. Under non-force majeure circumstances, all orders will be shipped on time according to the normal schedule without unnecessary delays.
7.2 Package Loss
If a package is lost before it is signed for, we and the cooperating logistics carrier will jointly bear the responsibility, and we will arrange for a free product replacement or a full refund. If the package is lost because you requested the logistics carrier to place it at your door or another designated location, the relevant losses shall be borne by you.
7.3 Product Damage
If you find the product is damaged after receipt, please contact our customer service immediately and provide clear pictures of the damaged parts as evidence. We will arrange for a free product replacement or a full refund based on the actual situation, with no additional costs borne by you.
VIII. Order Tracking & Address Modification
8.1 Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the logistics tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's official website, allowing you to check the logistics status in real time. You can also log in to your personal account and view the tracking details directly on the order status page. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase and a shipping confirmation email when the package is dispatched. Please closely monitor the package's logistics status.
8.2 Address Modification
If you discover an error in the shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in updating the address before the order is shipped; once the order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified. Please carefully verify the address information before submitting your order.
